In case you hadn’t noticed, it’s summer and with all the lovely free time (you may or may not have) now is the perfect moment to delve into the world of journalism podcasts.
Luckily, you don't have to look very far to find some great content and to make your life even easier we’ve compiled a list of our favourite shows. We hope they keep you amused, entertained, intrigued and most importantly informed during the summer break.

A great listen for young journalists wanting to know more about the media industry. We’re also big fans of the ‘New Voices’ series in this podcast, where Sophie Kiderlin and Mischa Alexander talk to up and coming journalists about their experience getting into the industry.

Looking back over our most popular podcast episodes
OK OK I know we’ve already been banging on about the podcast but this summer we’re going to delve into the archives and have a look at our most popular podcast episodes to date. This week its Working, homeschooling and coping with lockdown. We recorded this bonus episode with Georgina Fuller and Fantasy Football journalist Joe Lepper. If anything its highly amusing to see how naive we were at the start of wave one but we were all also dealing with regular work disappearing and uncertainty.
Listen here or wherever you get your podcasts.
Triumph of the week
Still getting lots of new sign ups to our Facebook community and so many insightful answers and discussions on there. Well done fellow freelancers!
That feeling when…
